Time to break out the sunscreen and barbecues – Seattle weather is looking summery for the Fourth of July.
After a bout of rain Tuesday – Seattle got 0.43 inches, which is over half of what the area normally gets the entire month of July – showers should start moving out by Wednesday afternoon, just in time for the Fourth of July.

The Fourth of July will start out cloudy with a chance of a drizzle in the morning. However, those clouds clear out in the afternoon for sunshine and highs in the mid 70s.
By the time you settle in for a fireworks show around 10 p.m., expect temperatures to drop to the low to mid 60s. Western Washington should have partly cloudy skies and no rain. Expect just a light wind at 5-15 miles per hour.
Highs will stay in the mid 70's through the weekend and warm to 80 degrees by Tuesday with mostly sunny skies.
