SNOQUALMIE, Wash. — Golf fans are once again gathering at Snoqualmie Ridge, for the 15th Annual Boeing Classic.
Golf superstars like John Daly and Fred Couples will be there, along with plenty of other great events and opportunities to see. The opening ceremony is on Friday, August 23rd and kicks off at 11am with a Boeing Classic flyover.
The Sojitz Hall of Fame Shootout is another favorite event, on Thursday, August 22nd at 12:30pm. Golf Hall of Famers Fred Couples, Bernhard Langer, Retief Goosen and Ernie Els will be for charity prize money.
Other events include the Seahawks Rumble at the Ridge, Korean Air Pro-am, and Family Day.
The Boeing Classic has nine different food trucks to choose from, as well. From Peasant Food Manifesto to Legendary Doughnuts/Espresso, there's something for everyone.
Tacoma's own Boss Mama's Kitchen food truck is making an appearance as well. Don't be afraid to try their Elvis Burger- a hamburger with bacon, peanut butter, pickles and cheese. It's a hunka-hunka burning deliciousness!
The Boeing Classic takes place from August 19th-25th at the Club at Snoqualmie Ridge. Tickets are available online. Proceeds from the event will benefit the Benaroya Research Institute at Virginia Mason.
