Seattle police talk to city council about emphasis patrols
The Seattle Police Department said emphasis patrols in several neighbors are about focusing on what needs to be done in those specific neighborhoods. Officials believe tackling smaller, persistent issues will hopefully take a chunk out of more serious crimes as well.
