Home Team Harvest collected a record amount of donations in 2017, thanks to generous community members across Western Washington. KING 5's 17th annual food drive benefits Northwest Harvest, Washington's non-profit hunger relief agency.
As of December 29, Home Team Harvest raised 5.381 million meals for Washington residents in need, surpassing the original goal of 5 million meals. That number is expected to increase as Northwest Harvest continues to count incoming food and cash donations.
