10 displaced after fire breaks out at Everett clean and sober home

Two residents went to the hospital to be treated for smoke inhalation, but they are expected to be OK.

EVERETT, Wash. — A fire damaged an Everett clean and sober living home, displacing 10 people early Tuesday morning. 

Two people were sent to the hospital to be treated for smoke inhalation and are expected to be OK. 

Fire crews arrived at the home on 6th Avenue West at around 2:30 a.m. and were able to get the flames under control within 10 minutes. Most of the damage to the home is on the first floor.

The Red Cross is helping arrange shelter for the people who were displaced.
