SEATTLE — Looking for an excuse to eat out?

Seattle Restaurant Week is underway!

The two-week long event features dozens of eateries throughout the greater Seattle area and east side. Each of them is offering different curated menus for varying prices from $20 - $65.

Here are nine diverse spots worth checking out!

Etta's Big Mountain BBQ

Located near Pike Place Market, this Tom Douglas restaurant has lunch and dinner options for $20 during Restaurant Week. Named for his daughter Loretta, the menu reflects barbeque from around the country Douglas has eaten and judged in competitions.

Bang Bang Kitchen

You’ll find this New Mexican restaurant in Seattle’s Othello neighborhood. It’s run by two sisters who hail from the Land of Enchantment and import hatch chile to make their menu as authentic as possible. Stop by for brunch or dinner.

Ada’s Restaurant and Bar

The family-run eatery in Phinney Ridge features traditional Turkish spirits and dishes, like Turkish-style grilled meatballs and manti (Turkish dumplings.) Book a reservation online.

Taku and Kōbo Pizza

Located just steps from each other on Capitol Hill, the restaurants are both owned by “Top Chef” alum Shota Nakajima. Taku is an anime-themed bar with Japanese-style fried chicken. Kōbo serves pizza infused with Asian flavors.

Bombo Italian Kitchen

This new spot in downtown Seattle is an Ethan Stowell restaurant specializing in Italian food with Pacific Northwest flair. The woodfire pizzas are the house specialty. They have both lunch and dinner menus available for restaurant week.

Jude's Old Town

This Rainier Beach restaurant is where the northwest meets the south. It’s an employee-owned neighborhood spot serving tasty seasonal cocktails and traditional Cajun dishes like shrimp and grits and catfish with dirty rice.

Spice Waala

Visit the eatery’s locations in Ballard or Capitol Hill for a taste of Indian street food. On Tuesdays during Restaurant Week, you can try their chaat and an entree for $20.

Bar Sabine

Located in Ballard behind breakfast favorite Sabine, the 21+ establishment features creative craft cocktails and small plates like Mediterranean skewers of beef and king oyster mushrooms.

Seattle Restaurant Week kicked off October 22 and runs through November 4.
