New video shows driver being rescued from Amtrak derailment wreckage in 2017
The video released by the Luvera Law Firm shows their client, Blaine Wilmotte, being rescued. Wilmotte and two Amtrak passengers are now suing Amtrak for damages related to the injuries they sustained in the derailment.
