If you are ever on a mission to find me, the last place you would want to look is on a mountain.
I don’t subscribe to this Pacific Northwest phenomenon that is hiking.
I grew up here; Seattle is home. The mountains though look just fine from the ground to me.
This is not a knock on those of you who enjoy the many hiking trails and mountains this area has to offer – but I’ll pass.
So naturally, when I mentioned my dislike for hiking in a morning show meeting a few weeks back, my boss thought it would be a great idea to have me go hiking.
Initial thoughts for me were to laugh and say, “Very funny,” but they were serious! So along with KING 5 Meteorologist Ben Dery, he and I set off to go to Tiger Mountain Poo Poo Point in Issaquah.
I survived the hike, but as I mentioned in the video – I’m not going back.
