The Mariners were scheduled to face the Colorado Rockies Friday at 5:40 p.m., but inclement weather forced MLB to postponed the game.

DENVER — The Seattle Mariners were scheduled to face the Colorado Rockies Friday at 5:40 p.m., but inclement weather forced MLB to postpone the game.

The game will be made up on Sunday with a doubleheader. The first game is scheduled to start at 11:30 a.m. Game two is tentatively scheduled to start at 5 p.m. Both games will be the normal nine-inning regulation games.

Emerson Hancock was suppose to be Friday's starter, but with today's postponement, the order of the M's starting rotation could change.

Colorado and Seattle are scheduled to play tomorrow at 5:10 p.m. at Coors Field in Denver. But weather could change it again. Forecasters say Denver could gets 2-4 inches of rain or snow tonight into the overnight. The snow should be done by Saturday morning. Highs will be in the 40s on Saturday.
