Opa! You'll love the Greek-inspired breakfasts at this Kirkland diner

George's Restaurant blends Mediterranean flavors with classic diner fare, making it a community favorite for the past four decades

KIRKLAND, Wash. — For the best breakfast in Kirkland, look no further than George’s Restaurant.

The longtime diner has held the Best in Kirkland Awards title for the past decade.

George's breakfast menu features Mediterranean-inspired items like the Olympic omelet - made with feta cheese, gyro, kalamata olives, tomatoes, and onions. The best-selling dish is Eggs Karkinagri – a Greek twist on classic Eggs Benedict.

There are also extensive lunch, dinner, and kids menu options.

The restaurant was opened by its namesake – George Mangouras – in 1976. It originally served pizza but expanded to a full-service menu in later years.
