ROCHESTER, Wash. - A city of Seattle failure has turned into an opportunity for Butch Behn.

Behn owns the South Sound Speedway and last summer he bought five automated toilets that once served the public on the streets of Seattle.

"I love them," said Behn, "Who else has got one?"

Seattle paid $5 million for the five toilets in 2004. Last August, Behn bought them on eBay for $12,549.

"We really didn't buy them," Behn joked with KING 5, "We stole them."

For four years the toilets were in Pioneer Square, along the central waterfront, in Chinatown, on Capitol Hill and at Pike Place Market. They were meant for tourists, but ended up being used by prostitutes and drug dealers.

Behn does not expect those problems at his racetrack.

"There's too much action here and this is all fenced in," said Behn.
