Some may think kids are up to no good during the summer months, but think again. These kiddos from Seattle Country Day School in the Queen Anne area have been working hard putting together a few different milk carton boats. A team of three will be showing up to Green Lake on Saturday, July 14th to show everyone their invention and test it out on the water.
The schedule is as follows:
Seafair Milk Carton Derby
Registration: 9:00 a.m.
Event: 10:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
It is free to the public and anyone is welcome to attend. The grand prize this year is worth $3,000 in prizes.
