SEATTLE -- Music producer Ryan Lewis listed his Magnolia mansion for sale Tuesday at a cool $9.45 million. He purchased the home in 2014 for $3.3 million, according to Seattle-based Redfin.com

Lewis found fame with the hit song "Thrift Shop," released with rapper Macklemore. Those Goodwill days seem a distant memory when you see before and after photos of the impressive estate.

Redfin provided these specs on the mansion: 7,610-square feet, four bedrooms, 3.75 bathrooms and sweeping views of Puget Sound. The home also features a gold-leaf ceiling, home theater and a whiskey bar "rumored to have been built entirely from reclaimed wood from the actual Temple of Doom from ‘Raiders of the Lost Ark’."

So how did the mansion go from $3.3 million to $9.45 million in less than three years? Look for the renovations in these 'after' photos, compared to when he purchased the home. And of course, his meteoric rise to fame brings some added appeal to the estate.
