SHORELINE, Wash. — The King County Sheriff's Office (KCSO) is investigating after finding a man shot dead late Monday night.
A KCSO spokesperson said deputies responded to the 20000 block of 15th Avenue NE at 10:15 p.m. Monday after a man was found lying face down on the ground unresponsive and bleeding from under their body.
The fire department was not able to revive the man, and he was pronounced dead at the scene.
The victim was in his early 20s and was shot at least once, KCSO said.
Major crimes detectives were called to the scene and are actively investigating.
No suspects have been identified at this time, KCSO said.
