SEATTLE — How to make Bacon Wrapped Meatballs from Manic Meatballs

Direction:

  • Fully cook your favorite meatball
  • Cut thick sliced bacon in 1/2
  • use 1/2 bacon-slice to wrap around each meatball
  • skewer each meatball near the start of the bacon
  • fry bacon-wrapped meatballs in 350 degree oil for approximately 90 seconds each side. Until the meatball is 165 degrees and the bacon is crispy.
