Mixing spring cocktails with the Lobster Shop

SEATTLE —

Strawberry Fields

Ingredients: 

  • 1.5 oz Vodka
  • .75 oz BroVo "Pretty" Blanc Vermouth
  • .75 oz Strawberry Syrup
  • .75 oz Lime Juice
  • 2 dashes Scrappy's Lavender Bitters
  • Garnish: Lavender Sprig

Directions:

Combine ingredients in cocktail shaker and shake with ice. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a lavender sprig.

Strawberry Syrup

Ingredients

  • 2.5 parts diced strawberries
  • 1 part water
  • 1 part sugar

Directions:

Bring strawberries and water to a boil and simmer for 25 minutes. Fine strain and mix with sugar.

Sandía y Cerveza

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 oz Blanco Tequila
  • .5 oz Ancho Verde Liqueur
  • .5 oz Lime Juice
  • .5 oz Simple Syrup (1:1)
  • 2 oz Watermelon Juice
  • 1.5 oz Modelo Mexican Beer
  • Tajin Rim
  • Garnish: Dehydrated Lime Wheel

Directions:

Combine all ingredients, except beer, in a cocktail shaker and shake with ice. Strain into a tajin rimmed bucket glass and add fresh ice. Top with beer and garnish with a dehydrated lime wheel.

Spring Blossom Spritz

Ingredients:

  • 1 oz Gin
  • .75 oz Crème de Flora
  • .5 oz Blood Orange Juice Concentrate
  • .5 oz Lime Juice
  • .25 oz Simple Syrup (1:1)
  • 1.5 oz Rose & Hibiscus Soda
  • Garnish: Edible Flower

Directions:

Combine ingredients, except soda, in a cocktail shaker and shake with ice. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Top with soda and garnish with an edible flower.
