Trendy ways to spice up your home for fall - on a budget!

Designer and lifestyle blogger Taryn Whiteaker gives us ideas on setting up a table for fall.

She has posted dozens of ideas throughout the years, now focusing on cute ways to decorate your home for the fall season. She joins New Day Northwest to give us inexpensive and creative ways to set a decorative fall table. 

Items used for the centerpiece:

- dried grasses (found at grocery store, florists, or outdoors)

- fresh lavender

- California grass

-feathers like these

- assorted fruits

To assemble centerpiece, lay down long grasses first starting from the center and going out to edge, then go in other direction from center.  Layer grasses, lavender and leaves until you have look you want.  Add in fruit and feathers.  Add ribbon if you like.
