When you think trendy architecture, Seattle's Northgate neighborhood may not be top of mind. But a 1952 classic may change your mind.
Just a few blocks from Northgate mall sits a mid-century modern masterpiece that was rescued from abandonment by Seattle-area general contractors Heidi Schor and Paul Damen, who call themselves House Healers.
The discovered "The Heron House" in 2014 and saw potential.
They restored the frame of the home and added reclaimed items from schools, hotels and other homes in the area.
The property is offered at $1.1 million.
