SEATTLE — For many the holidays mean it's baking season. If any of your baked goods involves apples, chef Tom Douglas and fellow chef Bridget Charters tested an assorted bushel to find out which works best. They joined us from the Hot Stove Society kitchen.

Tom just opened a new rustic Italian wine bar in downtown Seattle. It's called Neb, short for Nebbiolo - his favorite variety of Italian grapes.
