Pacific Northwest Ballet kicks off their 47th season on Friday: What's up this Week

Celebrate the first weekend of fall by attending one of these warming events.

WASHINGTON — Vampire Weekend   September 27  WaMu Theater  
They're back with their first album in six years. Arty indie-rock band Vampire Weekend play the WaMu Theater on Saturday night.

National Park Day   Sept. 28  Rainier & Olympic Nt. Park
Go exploring for free this weekend! Saturday is National Public Lands Day. You can visit both Mount Rainier and Olympic National Park and the entry fee will be waived.

Carmina Burana + Agon   Sept. 27 - Oct. 6 McCaw Hall
It's one of Pacific Northwest Ballet's most-requested works. PNB kicks off their 47th season with the powerhouse production, Carmina Burana. The production unites dancers, singers, and orchestra under a giant golden wheel of fortune. Its run starts tomorrow night at McCaw Hall on the Seattle Center campus.

Mariners vs Oakland   Sept. 27 - 29  T-Mobile Park
Mercifully the Mariners 2019 season is coming to an end. But if you want to see major league baseball one more time this season at T-Mobile Park, the M's take on the Oakland A's tomorrow through Sunday.
