Milkie Milkie in Edmonds is crafting seriously instagram-worthy Bingsoo.

EDMONDS, Wash. — Korean desserts are some of the most Instagram worthy and Milkie Milkie's bingsoo and toast desserts are no exception.

Located off of Highway 99 in Edmonds, Milkie Milkie is piling shave ice high as they make Bingsoo, a Korean shave ice dessert.

Bingsoo means 'frozen water' in Korean, but it's not your typical summer treat.

After a layer of shave ice, condensed milk and special flavoring is poured over, and more shave ice is added until the dessert towers over the bowl. More toppings are added to complete the flavor profile, in this case, fresh mangoes.

As cold weather approaches, cold desserts might not be appealing, but Milkie Milkie's rice cake toasts have got you covered.
