They hand make every noodle they serve - and the kitchen is close enough to the dining room for you to watch them create their edible art.
Simple is best - we tried the hand-cut egg pasta with butter and sage, and ragu.
Suffice to say, it was hard to share.
We each wanted an entire bowl to ourselves.
