Chef Daisley Gordon from Cafe Campagne previewed a dish from the restaurant's special menu for Seattle Restaurant Week, and shared his passion for joining 165 other area restaurants in offering diners the opportunity to enjoy three-course dinners for $30. (A number of restaurants are also offering two-course lunches for $15.)
