Rebekah Demirel joins us to to talk about her memoir, Nothing's for Nothing.

In a story that takes readers on a journey toward messages of hope, healing, and forgiveness, Rebekah Demirel shares her memoir Nothing's for Nothing.

Rebekah is the founder and director of Trauma Integration Programs and also serves on the planning council for Seattle King County Healthcare for the Homeless. She also has years of experience in everything from being an ambulance paramedic to a licensed East Asian medicine practitioner and acupuncturist.

In Nothing's for Nothing, Rebekah reveals a childhood of adversity and neglect, and illustrates the resiliency gained from those experiences.
