A 25-year-old man is dead after a wrong-way driver struck his car head-on.
Washington State Patrol closed the ramp from SB I-5 to EB I-90 for four and a half hours.
The crash occurred around 3 a.m. Sunday morning.
It is not yet known how the causing driver ended up traveling in the wrong direction.
Trooper Rick Johnson says alcohol could be a factor. The causing driver was taken into custody.
