Police investigating after 2 found dead in North Bend townhome

Police initially responded to the address for a wellness check only to find two people dead inside.

NORTH BEND, Wash. — Snoqualmie police are investigating after two people were found dead inside a townhome on the 900 block of Stone Brook Drive Southwest in North Bend Wednesday night.

Officers responded to the complex to do a wellness check at around 8:30 p.m. When they entered the apartment, they found one body and discovered the other upon further investigation. Officers left the home until they could get a search warrant, which they received early Thursday morning.

Police confirmed that the victims were one man and one woman, but could not confirm ages or say how they died.

The Coalition of Small Police Agencies Major Crimes Task Force is responding. Law enforcement believes this is an isolated incident. Updates will be posted to the Snoqualmie Police Department's social media channels.
