Seattle Police partially out of compliance

The City of Seattle may need to renegotiate part of a labor deal with Seattle Police officers, following a surprising announcement from a federal judge. Judge James Robart ruled Seattle was partially out of compliance with a years-long consent decree, because of concerns around accountability.
