Seattle City Council approves zoning changes
After years of debate and public input, Seattle City leaders approved a plan that will bring zoning changes and more density to several neighborhoods. Developers will also be required to include affordable housing in buildings or pay a fee. There are plenty celebrating the changes, but as KING 5's Amy Moreno shows us, there are also some concerns.
