Port Orchard development moratorium
The City of Port Orchard is developing faster than its infrastructure can support it. Yesterday a moratorium was placed on water hookups – that means for now, no new home construction in certain parts of town. KING 5's Sebastian Robertson spoke to city leaders and residents and has more.
