Mother hopes $112,000 bill will change law
When a Washington teenager was seriously ill, his mother took him to the doctor and was told her insurance would cover it. But then she got a bill for $112,000. As South Bureau Chief Drew Mikkelsen explains, this afternoon she told her story to state lawmakers.
