Medal of Honor recipient killed in WWII honored with memorial in Puyallup
Army Lt. Victor Kandle was killed in WWII, and also honored with the Congressional Medal of Honor. Veterans in Puyallup dedicated a memorial to his memory. KING 5's Sebastian Robertson reports.
