Lt. Governor's concerns over guns at Capitol
The state's Lieutenant Governor skipped Governor Jay Inslee's "State of the State" address this week, over safety concerns. Lt. Gov. Cyrus Habib says there weren't any specific threats against him, he was just frustrated over a policy that allows the public to have guns inside the state Capitol. As South Bureau Chief Drew Mikkelsen reports, gun advocates say this is just the latest attack on their second amendment rights.
