Lori Matsukawa remembers former Washington governor's historic trip to China

The year was 1997, and Governor Gary Locke was in his first year in office. He had become the nation's first Chinese-American governor. Locke decided to go on a trade mission to China to improve business ties between the emerging economic powerhouse and Washington state. Of course, KING 5's Lori Matsukawa was there to report on Locke's historic visit.
