Bill removing time limits on reporting rape
Right now in Washington, rape victims have to act fast because after a certain number of years, rapes and other sex crimes cannot be prosecuted. Lawmakers have tried to change that for a while, but survivors tell South Bureau Chief Drew Mikkelsen they believe this is their year.
