Man accused of assaulting rape victim flees US
The search continues for a rapist authorities say assaulted the same woman he was convicted of raping in 2018 after he was released from jail. A King County judge released Francisco Carranza-Ramirez after the attack on the condition he leave to live in his native Mexico. But police say he did not leave and first attacked the victim again.
