Authorities investigate officer-involved shooting in Poulsbo
Kitsap County authorities spent this Fourth of July looking for the public's help in a fatal officer-involved shooting, which played out in front of dozens of spectators. It happened at the Waterfront Park in Poulsbo during the city's annual 3rd of July fireworks celebration.
