The importance of human connection: 18 years after 9/11 - New Day Northwest

Seattle Filmmaker and artist Ladan Yalzadeh is here to talk about how finding commonalities with the people surrounding us can positively impact our lives. She was living in Manhattan when the twin towers fell, and remembers noticing two expressions on people's faces when she walked outside: fear, seeing her as an Iranian-American, and comfort because of the support strangers were offering each other.
