A fatal wrong-way crash closed both directions of State Route 516 in Kent early Friday morning.
The four-vehicle crash happened in the westbound lanes around 2:50 a.m. Trooper Rick Johnson with the Washington State Patrol said a 25-year-old woman who was driving eastbound in the westbound lanes was killed in the crash.
All lanes of SR 516 were open to traffic by 8:30 a.m.
