SEATTLE — A tree fell and came to rest on top of a car on the northbound State Route 99 on-ramp from West Marginal Way in Seattle during the Wednesday morning commute.
The Washington State Department of Transportation first reported the incident around 7:40 a.m.
Emergency crews responded to the scene, and drives were told to expect delays in the area.
The tree was cleared, and the on-ramp was reopened just after 8 a.m.
No injures have been reported at this time.
