Seahawks QB Russell Wilson to compete in Pro Bowl Skills on Thursday

It's Pro Bowl week in Orlando, FL. and the NFC and AFC rosters began practicing on Wednesday. The game kicks off Sunday at 12:00 p.m. PT on ABC and ESPN.

It’s Pro Bowl week in Orlando, FL. and the NFC and AFC rosters began practicing on Wednesday. The game kicks off Sunday at 12:00 p.m. PT on ABC and ESPN.

First up on Thursday though, is the Pro Bowl Skills Showdown, which will also air on ESPN. The competition will take place at the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex in Orlando.

Seattle Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson is expected to participate Thursday night. Here’s a list of the confirmed NFC players:

• Arizona Cardinals cornerback Patrick Peterson

• Washington Redskins linebacker Ryan Kerrigan

• New Orleans Saints wide receiver Michael Thomas

• Carolina Panthers kicker Graham Gano

• Seattle Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson

• Tampa Bay Buccaneers linebacker Kwon Alexander

• Green Bay Packers wide receiver Davante Adam

The skills competition includes Epic Pro Bowl Dodgeball, the Power Relay Challenge, Precision Passing and Best Hands.

You can catch all the action Thursday afternoon at 6 p.m. PT on ESPN.

Seven Seahawks were named to the Pro Bowl this season for the fourth-straight year.
