Mother’s Day is one of the most deeply personal and sentimental times of the year. Although a single day may not be sufficient when it comes to honoring the greatness of our moms, it still is truly special.

Of course, the importance of this day is certainly not lost on the NFL world. On Sunday, several Seattle Seahawks expressed the gratitude they have for their mothers on personal social media and through the official Seahawks Twitter account.

Wide receiver Tyler Lockett kicked it off by writing “Hey Mom I love you so much! You are amazing and very strong! No one can understand the sacrifices you’ve made but I do and for that I’m forever grateful! You deserve the world and more and I can’t wait to give it to you! Love your son Tyler! Happy Mother’s Day!”

“Hey Mom we just want to say thank you for everything you have done for us and the sacrifices you made for us. We love you so much and can’t wait to give you everything you deserve! Shaquill & Shaquem.”

Shaquem Griffin wasn’t done there, as he posted a video thanking his mom for being his biggest fan.
