SEATTLE — When West Side Story opened on Broadway in 1957, it was the beginning of a legacy that includes numerous revivals, Tony awards, and tours - and now the Bernstein and Sondheim classic has returned to Seattle.
In partnership with Seattle's Spectrum Dance Theatre, the 5th Avenue Theatre presents West Side Story, running until June 23rd. With over 40 talented cast members and choreography by Jerome Robbins, it will be a production worth seeing.
Tonight, a duet between lead characters Tony and Maria, is performed by Will Branner and Rebbekah Vega-Romero. If you liked this little preview, be sure to purchase your tickets now before the show closes later this month.
