SEATTLE — Democratic presidential candidate Pete Buttigieg will make another visit to Seattle next week.
The former mayor of South Bend, Indiana, will hold a rally in Seattle on Friday, March 6, according to his campaign.
The location of the 7:30 p.m. rally has not been announced. Buttigieg’s campaign said the event is free and open to the public. Buttigieg last visited Seattle on Feb. 15 for a private fundraiser.
The March 6 rally will take place four days before Washington state’s presidential primary on March 10.
An exclusive KING 5 News poll suggests Bernie Sanders could earn the Democratic vote in Washington. The poll, which was conducted last month by SurveyUSA, found 26% of likely Democratic voters in Washington would cast their vote for Sanders if the presidential primary were to happen today. Joe Biden would earn 21% of the vote, Elizabeth Warren would garner 16%, and Mike Bloomberg would receive 12%. Buttigieg would receive 8% of the vote, according to the poll.
