TACOMA, Wash. — If you're an art lover, you may want to find yourself at the Tacoma Art Museum on Saturday as they have a grand opening for the new Benaroya Wing addition.

The Rebecca and Jack Benaroya Wing was built thanks to a $9 million donation from Rebecca Benaroya and will feature 353 works of art including pieces from Tacoma glass blower Dale Chihuly.

Tacoma has a rich history with art and TAM organizers hope to celebrate this new addition with the community and share with them all the great things happening in their neighborhood.

"We hope they're going to be blown away," David F. Setford, executive director of TAM said. "This new wing allows magic to happen."

The grand opening ceremony and community festival begins Saturday at 10 a.m., and the cost is free to everyone.
