Eagle Point, Ore. — A hero on horseback helped bring down a suspected bike thief outside an Oregon Walmart Friday morning.
Like a scene out of the Wild West, the man on horseback lassoed the would-be thief and held him until police arrived.
KOBI-TV reports, a woman walking out of the Eagle Point Walmart saw someone riding away on her bike.
A man who had a horse in his trailer jumped into action. He got on his horse, chased down the suspect and lassoed him.
The suspect was arrested for theft.
The bicycle has been returned to its owner.
