An Everett Animal Shelter dog with paralyzed legs has been adopted.

Noodle, who stole the hearts of dog lovers across Puget Sound, likely lost the use of her back legs due to an injury as a young pup.

The shelter called for donations to help Noodle become mobile, and community members fundraised to give Noodle a wheeled cart, along with a second cart when she gets bigger.

Now Noodle is settling into her forever home with Bree, Kyle, and her new dog brother Sampson.

Bree and Kyle are both physical therapists and have a good plan for Noodle, according to the animal shelter.

“A happy happy ending just in time for the holidays,” the shelter wrote in a Facebook post. “We couldn’t have done it without you all. Thank you from the shelter and from Noodle and her new family!”
