In this week's A Family for Me, we meet 15-year-old Armando. He's one of nearly 1,400 kids in Washington available for adoption.
He's in need of a family who can appreciate what's special about him. Armando lives in a therapeutic foster home where he receives constant care for the daily challenges he lives with. He has significant neurological and developmental delays.
He's not verbal but counselors say a life skills program is helping. Armando is increasingly interacting with people around him.
