A Facebook post about Alaska Airlines is going viral for all the right reasons.
Kristen Wiley posted a picture Friday on Facebook of flight staff helping a distressed passenger while on a flight leaving Seattle.
She says they had to sit on the plane for 45 minutes, because a woman with dementia was upset.
Wiley says the incredible staff was very patient with her, even cuddling her dog and working with her son to help.
“This is how I would want my mother, my sister, my aunt, my daughter, my niece, my friend cared for,” Wiley wrote.
Eventually they assisted the pair off the flight, provided a hotel and transportation, and allowed the woman to rest up before trying again the next day.
The post had over 5,600 shares and 23,000 reactions Monday morning.
