Both directions of I-5 are reopen again through downtown Seattle after nearby protests.
All lanes were closed between I-90 and SR 520 just before 7 p.m. Tuesday and reopened shortly before 8 p.m. They closed again as of 8:55 p.m. and reopened just before 10 p.m.
The Washington State Department of Transportation reports the I-5 Express Lanes will remain closed until 5 a.m. Wednesday.
