Operations resume as normal for the Beacon Hill light rail Red Line after reports of smoke

Communters had to take shuttle buses for a brief time while fire crews investigated a possible fire at Seattle's Beacon Hill stop.

SEATTLE — Services on the Link Red Line from SODO to Mount Baker has resumed as normal. 

Commuters had to take shuttle buses along the route for about half an hour while Seattle fire crews investigated reports of a possible fire at the light rail station tunnel at Beacon Hill. 

Operations are back to normal with some service delays. 

No fire was found at the Beacon Hill Station and crews are ventilating smoke from the station.
